Under the direction of the Conference Center Operations Manager, prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons and provide quality customer service.
TABC certification required
- Presenting a professional appearance and friendly demeanor to guests and staff
- Operate cash register, count money, and balance drawer
- Stocking, making sure items are iced down on bars
- Complete a Consumption Report at the end of every event
- Keep bar area clean
- Check ID of customers to verify age requirements
- May perform additional task as assigned.
