On Thursday, December 13th, the Granbury Chamber Ambassadors celebrated the Christmas season with their annual luncheon at DeCordova Country Club. Over 30 ambassadors were in attendance to celebrate the end of 2018 and welcome the new year with festivities that included portraying the 12 Days of Christmas and a rousing game of Chinese Christmas that involved lots of laughter, stealing presents, and fun.

In addition to the excitement, the ambassadors chose a special non-profit to gather donations for as a way of giving back to the community. This year, the Hood County Senior Center/Meals On Wheels program was chosen as the recipient of $450 in monetary donations. These funds will be put to use aiding seniors in our area, including activities and bring meals to homebound seniors.

The Granbury Chamber would like to thank DeCordova Country Club for the wonderful meal provided, and to their staff for all they do throughout the year to help us produce such wonderful events for our members and non-members. And to our Chamber Ambassadors, a special thank you for all the support and service you provide as an extension and representative of the chamber.

Thank you, and Merry Christmas!
