2019 marks a milestone anniversary for Enprotec / Hibbs & Todd, Inc. (eHT) – the celebration of 30 years in the professional engineering and environmental consulting industry. Since 1989, eHT has been a leader in Texas providing professional civil, environmental and geotechnical engineering consulting services.
