DESCRIPTION:The Memorial Lane Task Force and Hood County Prayer Task Force invite you to join them for this special event on Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance. We will be holding a special service at Memorial Lane in the Jim Burks Firefighters Memorial Park. We will be remembering those first responders who have paid the ultimate sacrifice\, and praying for those currently serving our community\, state\, and nation. A special lighting dedication will also be held to celebrate the completion of the light displays at the new park. There will be music\, singing\, scripture readings\, and prayers during this special evening.\n\n\n\nThere will be transportation provided from the designated parking on Travis Street. There will be limited seating for seniors and the infirm\, but attendees are invited to bring their own blankets or folding chairs.
