DESCRIPTION:February 16th we will be doing Cowboy Cooking. We will be teaching knife skills\, food prep\, recipe reading\, and even better\, in a rustic environment of cast iron and open fire. We will be travel to the location of a cooking instructor that taught survival and outdoor/cowboy cooking for many years with the Boy Scouts.\nThrough fundraisers and sponsorship we get costs covered to allow young men to join with no financial burden to their mother.
