DESCRIPTION:Dogs are invited for a howling good time. Owners are invited\, too. All proceeds from this fun event benefit HALO\, which stands for Hood County Animal Lovers Organization. There will be doggie trick-or-treating\, onsite pet adoptions\, a costume contest\, food vendors\, and so much more! The costume contest starts at 1:30 PM. Prizes will be awarded to the winners in 3 categories: cutest\, most original and best ensemble. Some examples of the best "owner/Pet ensemble": chef and lobster\, a dog walking a dog and last years winner a police officer and inmate. If your dog is shy and doesn't want to dress up\, that's okay. Naked dogs wearing nothing but a collar and a leash can still come to trick or treat and enjoy the day.
