\n - Pivotal Excellence \;- successfully adapted business strategy during \;and after \;COVID and \;met \;additional challenges \;related to \;maximizing employee retention and the ability to serve customers\, while growing the business.

\n - Women in Business \;- Female business owner or employee who exemplifies business excellence and commitment to empowering fellow women in business.

\n - Granbury Young Professional \;- Business owner or employee\, age 21-40'\;ish\, who exemplifies business excellence and commitment to empowering fellow GYPs and collaboration with the business community.

\n - Rising Star Award \;- Organization with less than 3 years in business serving the Hood County area.

\n - Company Culture Award \;- Organization that intentionally cultivates a positive environment\, values employees as assets rather than an expense item\, models work/life balance\, and is known internally and externally as a "\;very desired place to work"\;.

\n - Howard Clemmons Person of the Year Award \;- \;Business or community member \;who best represents Howard'\;s unselfish dedication and devotion to the business community of Hood County. \; \;
