DESCRIPTION:Please join the Granbury Arts Alliance (GAA) for their second biannual "Dinner in White" pop-up picnic on May13th\, on the Langdon Center lawn (one block east of the Square)\, 7-9pm (set-up may begin as early as 6:30pm) for dinner and dancing amid art and the stars. There's a caveat though  you know it if you attended our first party\, but if you didn't\, please read on.\n\n\n\nThis fabulous evening will be modeled after an event that started in Paris in 1988 and has since become an international sensation - an outdoor dinner attended in elegant\, all white attire\, with all white table settings. Each participant brings their own setup (tables 28"-32" square\, chairs\, or a picnic blanket)\, and food and beverages (wine and beer are fine). If you want to attend but don't feel inclined to cook\, order your food to go in advance from one of the partnering local restaurants on the Square (see list of participating establishments). \n\n\n\nThat same evening\, prior to the dinner\, the Granbury Arts Alliance will present a short talk with Q&A session (beginning at 6:45) about their application for a Granbury Cultural District designation from the Texas Commission on the Arts. Prepare to eat\, drink\, and dance the night away to live music - the Chad Pope Trio - on the gorgeous stone patio under the amazing oaks.
