DESCRIPTION:Free family moth night at Acton Nature Center! Come enjoy the wild "nightlife" to kick off National Moth Week! This FREE event will feature a mothing presentation at the Pavilion beginning at 8:00pm. There will also be mothing stations to attract moths\, human visitors\, and "moth-ers" alike to view nocturnal insects around ANC.\n\nHosted by the Rio Brazos Master Naturalists Volunteers.  Moths are most active on warm\, muggy\, calm nights. The event will be canceled in case of brisk winds\, rain or thunderstorms. Flashlights\, insect repellent\, and closed-toed shoes are recommended!
