DESCRIPTION:Citizens Police Academy program (CPA) in the Granbury Police Department's Community Room.\n\n\n\nThis is your unique opportunity to step behind the badge and learn first hand how Officers train\, their experiences\, what they encounter\, participate in scenarios\, and ways to build stronger relationships for a safer and stronger community.\n\n\n\nTen Thursday evenings\, taught by Officers\, from March 26 - May 28\, 6-9pm. Light dinner provided.\n\n\n\nAfter completing the CPA Course\, you will have the opportunity to apply for Citizens On Patrol (COP) which is extensive training for citizens who wish to assist Officers. \n\n\n\nAll donations to the CPAA are greatly appreciated and can be made in person or online.\n\n\n\nFeel free to stop by GPD and grab a little piece of Granbury history with a K9 Paul or K9 Dany MINI. We also have a K9 T-shirt. 100% of all funds donated/raised directly support your local GPD Officers & K9s with essential resources.
