DESCRIPTION:The Granbury Young Professionals are partnering with the Jr. Optimist Club and Granbury High School\, to connect tomorrow's workforce with today's business leaders.\n\nJr. Optimist Club President\, Lu Johns-DeLa Garza\, explains the significant opportunity for businesses to impact students' career choices\, "Our student members are excited to learn from industry leaders\, to hear directly from them about the pros and cons of their career paths. The Jr. Optimist Club of GHS has requested to hear from experts in education\, healthcare\, aviation\, business/finance\, and engineering and we know the GYPs will deliver engaging speakers that will make a difference in our career planning."\n\nThe Granbury Young Professionals is a program of the Granbury Chamber.  Rachael Derrez\, Director of Events & Membership for the chamber\, and GYP member\, is eager to connect member businesses with the opportunity to present their professional experience\, to the GHS students. "The Granbury Young Professionals are seeking partners who will invest in the future workforce of our community. We have three sponsorships available for businesses in those industries to participate\," shares Derrez.\n\nBusinesses in the education\, healthcare\, aviation\, business/finance\, and engineering fields who would like to partner\, should email Rachael@granburychamber.com. Sponsors will receive recognition in all program media promotion\, recognition in the official media release\, and the opportunity to present directly to the Jr. Optimist GHS students.
