DESCRIPTION:The Mammoth is a trail run adventure benefiting Lake Pointe Granbury. Lake Pointe is a not-for-profit private therapeutic school serving individuals affected by Autism\, ADHD and related neurodevelopmental learning differences. The organization being a 501(c)(3) depends on contributions\, foundations and other private funding support. Come out and support a great cause.\n\n\n\nThe Mammoth is a family-friendly\, single day\, multi-distance trail run. For the 5th year\, we are proud to be back to Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose. With five different distances to offer\, all ages and athletic abilities will be able to run their race. Race individually or with a non-competitive team. The courses will utilize a part of the park's 20 miles of single-track dirt and limestone trails. Mild to significant elevation gains\, low-level water crossings\, natural obstacles\, and amazing scenery will make The Mammoth an adventure run not to be missed! There will be games for the children. Make a day of it and enjoy the great state park.
