1099 Who? The 5 Ws You Need to Know to Prepare and File 1099s

As a small business owner, you have to keep track of your vendors and some will probably require 1099s. Learn about the who, what, why, where and when to get your 1099s filed on time. We’ll go over how to know if someone should get a 1099, what to do if you get a B notice, and how to keep your records in order to stay organized. Bring your vendor list with you if you would like help determining who is likely to need a 1099.
