The eighteenth annual North Texas Skywatch Star Party has been set for Saturday, October 10 at Lake Mineral Wells State Park. Star Party activities begin at 7:00 p.m. Stargazers and astronomy fans are invited to continue to search the skies throughout the evening.

Hosted by Tarleton State University and Lake Mineral Wells State Park, the annual event has become a popular activity for families from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex seeking a good viewing spot away from city lights.
