The 2016 Torch Awards judging committee will select one winner from each of the Better Business Bureau® of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Inc.’s eight service area counties (Tarrant, Johnson, Hood, Somervell, Wise, Parker, Erath, and Palo Pinto).
