Come join in the fun for the 2nd Annual Freedom is Not Free State Championship BBQ Cook-Off. Competitors, and champions from all over Texas and the surrounding states will be participating. Entry fee is $150.00 for all 3 meats, brisket, ribs and chicken. On Friday at 8:00 PM there will be a ribeye steak grill-off with a $50.00 entry fee. Jackpot pinto beans entry is $20.00. Turn in times will be Saturday: 11:00 AM Beans, 12:00 PM Chicken, 1:30 PM Pork Spare Ribs and 3:00 PM for Brisket.
