Want to learn more about Add-Ran College, the forerunner of TCU? The event starts with a free breakfast at 9:00 AM in the Harbor Lakes clubhouse where TCU history professor Gene Smith will discuss the general history of TCU. The group will travel to Thorp Spring to the site of the old Add-Ran College. There Ronald Burriss, an expert on Add-Ran, will tell how the college in the tiny town of Thorp Spring evolved into Texas Christian University. Attendees need to bring their own chairs and may want to bring bottled water.
