Beer Dinner

Revolver Brewing and The Peached Tortilla are teaming up for a three course dinner featuring paired beers and a family style meal. Tickets for the event are $35 and include a three course family style meal. Additionally, guests will be treated to an array of Revolver beers, including a 5 oz. sample pour, two 8 oz. pours, and a 12 oz. pour. We will have two seatings for this event; one at 6:30pm and another at 8:15pm.

The menu for the event will include the following:

Snack. Furikake buttered popcorn. Paired with a 5 oz. pour of Revolver High Brass (American Blonde Ale)

"Wedge" Salad. Togarashi buttermilk ranch, bacon, panko, fried shallots. Paired with an 8 oz. pour of Revolver Sidewinder (Southwest Pale Ale)

Bo Ssam. Lacquered slow roasted pork shoulder with all the fixins' (kimchi, pickles, ginger scallion sauce, chinese bbq sauce, rice, bibb lettuce). Paired with a 12 oz. pour of Revolver Blood & Honey (American Wheat Ale)

Salted chocolate chip ice cream sandwich. Paired with Revolver Bock (Traditional Bock)
