Acton United Methodist Church is sponsoring a community forum to raise suicide awareness. Cynthia Duquette, organizer said "The objective is to open the conversation about suicide and how to combat the stigma and taboo of this difficult subject". Speakers include: John Knox, preaching minister at Granbury Church of Christ; Licensed Professional Counselor Margret Fields; Sheriff Roger Deeds and others. The event will include a question and answer session.
