GET ON BOARD: Connecting Leaders to Nonprofits
Nonprofits: Are you looking for fresh perspectives and energy on your boards or committees?
The Granbury Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Get on Board event to connect local nonprofits with potential board members. Board seekers will have the opportunity to visit with representatives from nonprofit organizations to determine whether they are interested in pursuing an opportunity to sit on their boards or committees.
We have invited several guest speakers to speak on the importance of having a strong and diverse board and will also hear from board members currently serving with local nonprofits.
***Please note: In an effort to streamline check-in, options for payment at day of event will be check and/or invoice. We will no longer be accepting cash payments at the door. Thank you***

12:00 pm: Program - Hear from a panel of experts on the importance of serving on a Board or as a volunteer in the community.
12:30 pm - Network with local nonprofit organizations - 15 Local nonprofits will set up a booth with volunteer and board position opportunities within their organizations. Fees/Admission
