A one-man show about General Sam Houston, legend of Texas who led the army at the Battle of San Jacinto and later served as President of the Republic of Texas and Governor and U.S. Senator for the State of Texas. Performing the statesman will be his namesake, Sam Houston, who is publisher of the Hood County News.
The Granbury Theatre Company performs at the beautiful Historic Granbury Opera House, which underwent a 3.5 million dollar renovation in 2012 making it a state of the art venue.
