Granbury PD's Citizens Police Academy 2026

Citizens Police Academy program (CPA) in the Granbury Police Department's Community Room.

This is your unique opportunity to step behind the badge and learn first hand how Officers train, their experiences, what they encounter, participate in scenarios, and ways to build stronger relationships for a safer and stronger community.

Ten Thursday evenings, taught by Officers, from March 26 - May 28, 6-9pm. Light dinner provided.

After completing the CPA Course, you will have the opportunity to apply for Citizens On Patrol (COP) which is extensive training for citizens who wish to assist Officers. 

All donations to the CPAA are greatly appreciated and can be made in person or online.
