Lake Granbury Medical Center invites you to join us for the August Healthy Woman luncheon "Lipids and Heart Disease - Why are we winning the battle but losing the war?"
There are different types of lipids, some good and some bad. The two major types of lipids are cholesterol and triglycerides. Presented by John Mucha, P.A. this luncheon will help you understand what the different types of lipids are, what the numbers mean, and what you can do to improve your lipid profile in an effort to reduce your risk of developing heart disease.
