The Acton Nature Center of Hood County July 7, 2024, Lecture Series topic “Recycling in Hood County” features Jeannie Stacks, Hood County Director of Environmental Health. The presentation will start at 2:00 p.m. at the Opal Durant Acton Community Center at 6430 Smoky Hill Court, Granbury, Texas 76049.

Come and learn about the recycling opportunities in Hood County! The discussion will include recycling items not accepted at the Citizens Collection Station and the names of local agencies that accept various items for reuse.

The event is sponsored by the Rio Brazos Chapter of Texas Master Naturalists and the Acton Nature Center of Hood County.
