Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training 200hr

We are blessed, honored, and excited to share "Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training for the Mystic" with Summer Dawn and the Open Hearts Yoga Sanctuary Community in beautiful Granbury, Texas!

 

This fully in person, trauma informed 200 hour curriculum includes:

*Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (150 hours)
*Breathwork Ceremony Facilitation Training (25 hours)
*Reiki 1 & 2 Attunements and Certification (15 hours)
*Introduction to the world of Sound Healing, Astrology, Shamanism, & Magickal Practice (10 hours). Additional immersions and trainings in these studies are available outside of this 200 hour yoga teacher training.

*****The foundation of all Open Hearts content and curriculum is steeped in Ethics and Integrity of the Healer, and is taught from a trauma informed, loving kindness lens. Ahimsa.*****

 

We gather every other weekend, beginning Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, plus Sadhana (daily yoga practice) is live streamed from Open Hearts and you are welcome to join in person or watch our daily classes online, on demand 24/7.

July 5, 6, 19, 20 (Sat/Sun)
August 3, 4, 17, 18, 31 (Sat/Sun)
September 1-2 (Sunday/Monday)

 

10am-7pm each day
In person attendance preferred. All classes recorded in case of absence, and for you to be able to revisit your favorite material again and again.
