Lunch at The Galley

The Galley is a student-run restaurant in Granbury High School serving the Granbury community. The state-of-the-art kitchen and bistro grace the new Granbury High School Career and Technical Education wing. Culinary arts students plan, prepare, and serve a wide variety of meals and catering events. All of our students have earned a Texas food handlers certification. We are a legitimate restaurant, with a city health permit and regular inspections. Both of the instructors are Certified Food Managers.
