Campers delve into the science of the brain and learn to run the electroencephalogram (EEG), a tool for measuring brain activity. Campers — high school sophomores, juniors and seniors —will watch brain activity measurements behind the scenes in a neuroscience lab and complete hands-on activities.
A neuroscientist/experimental neurosurgeon will conduct the camp, meant to provide students who are interested in going to college in STEM fields with an experience in college research.
