Oktoberfest 2019

You’re invited to the Historic Granbury Square to celebrate Oktoberfest, presented by Ketzler's Schnitzel Haus and Biergarten. Oktoberfest is a great time of year to round up your friends and family, drink some great beer, eat some amazing food and enjoy the cultural performances. Celebrate Bavarian heritage as Munich comes to the Brazos.

To start the week-end off the polka party band Auf Gehts Musik, of Houston plays at 7:00 PM on Friday. The band features lots of yodeling, alpenhorn, musical handsaw along with accordion and trumpet instrumentals. Off the Grid, from Austin, plays at 7:00 PM on Saturday. "We will again be featuring continuous music for the duration of the event," according to Nathan Wright, of Ketzler's Schnitzel Haus, event sponsor. You might want to brush up on your polka dancing. Once they roll out the barrel, you'll have a barrel of fun. Guests may bring folding chairs to better enjoy the musical entertainment.
