Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Lunch & Learn, Tuesday July 12th. The City of Dallas has launched their Property Assessed Clean Energy finance program. Join the Dallas 2030 District to learn more about how and why this new financing option will be a game changer for commercial building finance and energy efficiency investment in the city. The session will be broken into two parts, first, Jonathon Blackburn, Managing Director for the Texas Pace Authority will outline the benefits of PACE financing for commercial building owners and tenants, and second, Genevieve Rose Sherman, Managing Director, PACE Financial Services, will outline how the ICP protocols have been incorporated into the PACE program and offer building owners and project developers a way to ensure that energy efficiency projects perform as intended.
