• Event Day: Registration will begin at 8:00 am where attendees will receive their name tag and passport of exhibitor tables, coinciding with a delightful sweet and savory breakfast provided by Baked. Popcorn will be served mid-morning between breakfast and lunch. A scrumptious lunch will be thoughtfully catered by Chef Rose Pebbles and Oz Coffee Bar. We will end the day with networking and cocktail hour with a cash bar! Both cash and card will be accepted!

• Payment: Please ensure that payment for the event has been taken care of prior to the event day. Please give us a call at 817-573-1622 to give payment over the phone. You may also stop in to drop off a check or make payment in person! Thank you!

• Attire: Dress code for this event is business casual! Don’t forget to be mindful of room temperature, we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket!

• What to bring: You may want to bring a journal and pen to take notes, along with your business cards for during our networking breaks throughout the day
