Yellow Envelope Luncheon
The Board of Directors for Hood County Children's Charity Fund invite you to our inaugural Yellow Envelope Luncheon. Through the invitation of Senator Brian Birdwell, First Lady Cecilia Abbott will be the luncheon guest speaker. Her background includes working in the public school system as a teacher, vice principal and eventually principal in several schools across the state. In 2001, she was appointed by then Governor Rick Perry to the State Board of Educator Certification serving until 2008.
