2021 Granbury 4th of July A&C Application

4th of July Arts & Craft Vendor Official Application for July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Vendor hours are as follows: Friday, July 2nd from 4 pm-8 pm; Saturday, July 3rd from 11 am to 6 pm; Sunday, July 4th from 11 am to 4 pm. Please visit our website for detailed information on the 4th of July schedule:

Booths will be reserved on a first come/first served basis. Previous vendors will have first priority up until May 15th. After that time, preference will be given to applications as they are received. If you do not have a preference, just place N/A in the box above

No entry will be considered for acceptance unless accompanied by all required forms, fees, and photos (new vendors). Please note the following safety guidelines observed for the event: Per the Hood County Office of Emergency Management and Hood County Public Health Authority, Hood County is currently at SUBSTANTIAL risk of COVID-19 transmission. Both recommend continued efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other influenza-like illnesses. CDC community mitigation strategy guidelines are found here: my signature below, I commit to participate in this year’s Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration in Granbury, TX. I further acknowledge & certify that I have correctly filled out the vendor application and read ALL festival vendor guidelines & hereby agree to abide by them.

I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth within and such rules as may be established by the Granbury Chamber of Commerce Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration Committee. I hereby release and forever discharge the 4th of July Celebration, the Granbury Chamber of Commerce, the City of Granbury, and the County of Hood from any responsibility or liability for loss, claims, damages, theft, injury or accident. It is further agreed that this application shall maintain his/her space, merchandise, activities and business practices in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas and the City Ordinances of Granbury and Hood County. Applicant understands that violation of non-compliance of same may result in the immediate expulsion of applicant and his/her exhibit from the Celebration.

Applications open immediately for Hood County Local Business ONLY. Other vendors, located outside of Hood County, may apply beginning on MAY 1, 2021.

Hood County Local Vendors includes businesses who's address is within Hood County ONLY. Vendors who fall outside of Hood County lines, will not be accepted until May 1st and will be charged the appropriate vendor fee. Please note, if a corner booth is not available when it is requested, we will charge you for an interior booth.
