GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Therapeutic Intervention Counselor has the primary responsibility for conducting counseling sessions for children who have been abused, as well as their protective family members.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with CAC staff to effectively coordinate referrals & schedule counseling appointments.
• Utilize evaluation and assessment Paluxy River Children’s Advocacy Center in Granbury is seeking a licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) with experience working with children and families impacted by sexual abuse and other trauma. Training in TF-CBT and Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required. Some evening hours may be required.
