Childcare Teachers

Small Steps Childcare & Early Learning Center is looking for dependable, energetic, and caring Childcare Teachers to join our team! We’re looking for individuals who enjoy engaging with children, work well as part of a team, communicate professionally with families, and take pride in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing classroom.

Ideal candidates are:

• Reliable and ready to work as part of a team
• Patient, positive, and genuinely enjoy children
• Willing to play, teach, sing, get messy, and stay actively engaged
• Professional and friendly with families
• Able to follow classroom routines, safety procedures, and licensing requirements
• Willing to learn and grow as an early childhood educator

Previous childcare experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

Full-time and/or part-time positions available.
