Job Responsibilities: Executive Assistant to John Hall, President
1. QuickBooks Pro, and Excel Budgets for HOA's, Builders and our Company
2. Client Communication and Files, Records & Data Management
3. Management of Client Priorities, Calendars and Invoicing
4. Assist John to manage company Marketing, Budget and Financial Planning
5. Granbury Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau membership
Gran Development Office Procedures Set-up:
1. Laptop, Software and Equipment provided
2. Gran Development, LLC QuickBooks, Deposits & Payables (back-up to Elsie)
3. Payroll: Consultants and Employees (back up to Elsie)
4. Manage Lists and Addresses for HOA's & Subdivision Lots & Homes for Clients
5. Manage office equipment, phone, internet, furniture, art, supplies
6. Manage Liability and Workmen's Compensation Insurance
7. Company & Client Files Set-up and management
Architectural Control Committee Reviews by Gan Development for HOAs
