Jessica Hamilton is Co-Founder and President of Flat Roof Restoration (FRR), a commercial roofing company focused on helping building owners, asset managers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders make informed roof decisions based on data, not assumptions. With more than 25 years of experience in business development and the insurance industry, Jessica previously co-founded U.S. Adjusting Services, an Inc. 5000-recognized company that was successfully acquired by Eberl Claim Services. Today, she leads FRR's growth strategy, helping clients evaluate aging commercial roofs through a disciplined, data-driven approach that identifies the most cost-effective path forward while extending roof life, reducing capital expenditures, and managing risk.
