A lifetime in the food service business, as manager, regional manager, consultant, franchisee, and caterer. Affiliations with Western Sizzlin Steakhouses, Fat Boy's BBQ, Cracker Barrel, "The Island Grill" and Business Buffets Catering.
Twelve years experience in North Texas selling grilling equipment, outdoor kitchens and accessories. Initially with Barbeques Galore, in Fort Worth, and for the past three years as a management consultant, to businesses in Weatherford, and Granbury. Managing under contract as Grill Sergeant LLC. Currently operating as Grill Sergeant LLC, in a combination consulting, sales, and design format.
