February 16th we will be doing Cowboy Cooking. We will be teaching knife skills, food prep, recipe reading, and even better, in a rustic environment of cast iron and open fire. We will be travel to the location of a cooking instructor that taught survival and outdoor/cowboy cooking for many years with the Boy Scouts.
