Bow Wow "Trick or Treat" Festival

Dogs are invited for a howling good time. Owners are invited, too. All proceeds from this fun event benefit HALO, which stands for Hood County Animal Lovers Organization. There will be doggie trick-or-treating, onsite pet adoptions, a costume contest, food vendors, and so much more! The costume contest starts at 1:30 PM. Prizes will be awarded to the winners in 3 categories: cutest, most original and best ensemble. Some examples of the best "owner/Pet ensemble": chef and lobster, a dog walking a dog and last years winner a police officer and inmate. If your dog is shy and doesn't want to dress up, that's okay. Naked dogs wearing nothing but a collar and a leash can still come to trick or treat and enjoy the day.
