Each year, students in grades 3-12 in and around Hood County are invited to discover Texas history by creating research-based historical projects for the Student Texas History Fair hosted by the Texas Heroes Foundation in celebration of Texas Independence Day.

AWARDS RECEPTION and CEREMONY will be held at Acton Methodist Church on Friday, February 28th, starting at 5:00 pm. All entries will be available to view and vote for the People's Choice Award from 5:00-6:15 pm. The Awards Ceremony will begin at 6:30 pm.
All Entries MUST be picked up by the end of the Awards Ceremony on February 28th at Acton Methodist Church. All entries not picked up will be discarded.
