We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers in finding products, handle sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Full Time and Part Time Positions Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, returns, exchanges)
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
- Replenish and restock merchandise as needed
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively
- Support store operations including opening, closing, and inventory control
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not always required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Shooting, hunting, and/or fishing experience preferred but not always required
- Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable on our products and services
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Bend, reach, and move around the sales floor
